Terms & Conditions

All Works

  • All prices are less 2.5% MC discount and exclude VAT, unless stated otherwise.
  • Payment terms (subject to credit rating):
    • 25% deposit with order.
    • Interim monthly payments for materials and work completed on and off site.
    • All materials and off site work completed to be paid in full before installation commencement.
    • Final invoice to be paid within 30 days.
    • Retentions are not accepted and will not be agreed as a condition of a contract.
  • Individual prices, when shown, are for guidance only and are based on a full order being placed.
  • Quotation is open to acceptance for a period of 28 days and fixed price for three months.
  • A single standard polyester powdercoat finish has been allowed in the above, unless otherwise stated. A standard colour and gloss level is defined as a colour held in stock by our suppliers at time of order.
  • Windows and Light Commercial/Residential Doors will be fitted with SAA hardware. GFT Heavy Duty Doors will be fitted with matching Pad Handles.
  • Trickle vents, where required, will be finished in white or black finish.
  • Sealed units will be supplied with silver spacers as standard, unless warm edge spacers (which will be black). Special colour spacers will be shown above if specified.
  • Drain slots will show mill finish where they have been routered into the aluminium section.
  • We have not included compliance with Part M of the Building Regulations (Access) unless stated in the above and then only those items indicated which have been agreed or specified by you.
  • Manifestation in compliance of Part N of the Building Regulations, where required, has not been included in the above.
  • Planning and/or Building Regulation Approval are not included.
  • Doors where low or DDA thresholds are specified may experience slight water ingress.

Installation Work

  • Installation to be carried out in one continuous site visit during normal working hours. Additional and out of hours visits will be charged at extra cost.
  • Access equipment, adjacent electricity supply, welfare facilities and storage facility to be provided free of charge. Free parking and clear site access must also be provided.
  • Frames to be externally mastic pointed with a 6mm x 6mm silicone seal in a standard colour.
  • Quotation is subject to survey carried out by ourselves.
  • We have allowed to include risk assessments and method statement (RAMS) to a normally accepted level. H&S requirements we consider excessive will be charged at extra cost.
