Regeneration project converting an ageing factory/warehouse building into high specification start-up offices with centralised reception and catering facilities etc.
The client wished for dual coloured frames, White inside and Anthracite on the exterior faces to match existing products on site.
Two windows were required to be Fire Rated to 30 minutes as the Fire Escape staircase from the 1st floor passed across these windows.
Further phases are planned in the near future.
